Wabasta Media Initiatives [WMI or 'We'] is the sole and absolute owner of & maintains www.gujaratnewsnetwork.in (GNN) and other mobile applications (Apps) (hereinafter "website") to enhance public access to the GNN website owned by WMI. This service is provided on an "As Is" basis & is continually under development.
Gujarat News Network (GNN) is the trading name of Wabasta Media Initiatives (WMI) with its address at 1913/1, Behind Usha Kiran, Khanpur Darwaza, Ahmedabad. WMI is owner and operator of the Site: www.gujaratnewsnetwork.in (GNN). The user hereby agrees that by entering or by accessing GNN at www.gujaratnewsnetwork.in ("the Site") or by otherwise accessing any content found on this web site or by using any digital application edition of GNN or other digital application published GNN (each a "Digital Application") the user is entering into an agreement with Wabasta Media Initiatives (WMI) and will be automatically be governed by this policy of GNN and also agree to the terms that follow. Use of GNN Content
WMI grants you a limited licence to access and make personal use of this site but not for commercial purposes. We permit the use of materials on this website subject to due credit is given to WMI. The use shall also be subject to non-commercial use and limited to personal or academic dissemination.

Registration and Passwords
The user is responsible for keeping his/her information and passwords confidential. GNN is only open to registered users. The user is solely responsible for the confidentiality and use of and access to GNN Content and the Site and/or Digital Applications using his/her user name and/or password. The user agrees to immediately notify GNN if the user becomes aware of the loss, theft or unauthorized use of any password, user ID or e-mail address or of any GNN Content. Confidentiality of User Communications
Except as required by law, WMI will maintain the confidentiality of all user communications which contain personal user information & which are transmitted directly to WMI. Postings by a user on any message board or in any chat room will not be protected as confidential & WMI may use & provide information contained in any such postings (including any ideas, concepts, know-how or other intellectual property) to WMI for any purpose whatsoever & as deemed appropriate by WMI.
Linked Internet Sites
WMI/GNN prohibits caching, unauthorized hypertext links to the Site & the framing of any Content available through the Site. WMI/GNN reserves the right to disable any unauthorized links or frames & specifically disclaims any responsibility for the Content available on any other Internet sites linked to the Site. Access to any other Internet sites linked to the Site is at the user's own risk.
Fees and Refunds
The User is responsible for any fees that are payable. Access to GNN Content is subject to a fee. All payments (including any applicable taxes) must be made in advance in Indian Rupees, US Dollars or any other currency specified by GNN. The User is responsible for the payment of all charges associated with the use by the User of the Site and/or a Digital Application using your ID. If the User's use of the Site is terminated by GNN, the User will be entitled to receive a refund of any credits or pre-payments which remain unused at the time of termination unless such use is terminated because the User is in breach of these Terms. The User will continue to be responsible for any fees or other charges the User has incurred prior to such termination. All refunds are at the discretion of GNN. No refund will be considered if the User has accessed GNN content after purchasing an online subscription to the Site. If the User has purchased an online subscription and decide not to access GNN content on the Site, the User can claim a refund within five (5) working days from the date the User executed his/her payment. Any refunds can only and will only be made through NEFT to the bank account used for the original purchase.
Postings
WMI is under no obligation to review any messages, information or content ("Postings") posted on the Site by users & assumes no responsibility or liability relating to any such Postings. Notwithstanding the above, WMI may from time to time monitor the Postings on the Site & may decline to accept and/or remove any Postings that contain: -

Messages by non-spokesperson employees of WMI purporting to speak on behalf of WMI.
Messages that offer unauthorized downloads of any copyrighted or private information.
Multiple messages placed within individual folders by the same user restating the same point.

Users are invited to submit comments, questions, ideas, reviews or any other information concerning GNN and the website's contents, provided they understand that such comments will be subject to moderation & GNN reserves the right to remove or edit such content. These rights of termination are in addition to all other rights and remedies available to GNN under these Terms or by law.
Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by & construed in accordance with the laws of India.
User access to & use of the Site is subject to all applicable laws.
Jurisdiction
In respect of all matters/disputes arising out of, in connection with or in relation to this agreement, only the civil courts at Ahmedabad City, India shall have jurisdiction, to the exclusion of all other courts.
